Is it a Plot or Not?
When looking for a plot of land, think about these questions to see how viable it is for your self build project.
- Is the site within a town or village boundary? Land located in open countryside is unlikely to gain planning permission.
- Has the land had planning permission in the past?
- What are the ground conditions?
- Could you get services to the plot, and if so, at what cost?
