If you already have architectural drawings you can take advantage of our ‘Build Only’ package. Available in our timber frame and SIPs build systems that meet and exceed building regulations.

How the process works

  • Upload your architectural drawings by filling in the form below
  • One of our self-build experts will receive your drawings. They’ll take a look at your project in further detail, discuss your options, and get back to you with a FREE quote for your timber frame or SIPs home
  • Once you’ve received your quote our self build experts will help review your package and take you through the details. If needed they can also provide a quote comparison to make sure you're comparing similar products and essential items required for your build.
  • 6-months fixed price guarantee. Your quotation is fixed for deliveries within 6 months of the quote date if the order is accepted during the 30-day validity period
  • Once you have placed your order our design team will produce the technical information required for the Building Regulations submission.
  • Your home is then manufactured in our quality-controlled factory and delivered to site to be erected by a team of approved erectors.
