2. Tailor an existing Potton design
It can be daunting when you first start to design your home with so many options and choices available. To help you get you started we have a collection of homes that work as a tool. Our designs can help inspire you at the start of the process, and steer your thoughts on the layout and floor plan. Our experienced design team will help develop your ideas, to achieve a home that suits you. As with our complete bespoke service we help secure planning and include all technical drawings.
3. Already have a design
The Potton Select Service is perfect for those who are ready to move to the manufacturing stage. If you already have architectural plans and planning permission, you can still enjoy one of our high-performance homes. Our experienced design team, can help produce technical drawings for building regulation approval. You can also benefit from our on-site manufacturing and precision engineering.
