Our extensive collection of self build literature and brochures will help you through your self-build journey. Our Ideas Books are full of house designs and floorplans to inspire your new home. Our brochure is not meant for you to 'select from', it's meant to be used as a tool to inspire your imagination. By all means, if you fall in love with an existing design we can build it, however most of our customers homes are bespoke and designed to meet the specific needs of the customer, the plot and build budget.

Our Budget Guide gives a cost breakdown using four of our show homes as examples. Below you can download our Ideas Books, Budget Guide and loads more of helpful information.
