How we work with you...

Working with you and our planning team, our architects and designers will understand the opportunities and constraints provided by your plot, help you to develop and finalise a design brief whilst guiding you through the process of creating and refining a design that meets your needs as well as securing planning permission.

We offer a one-stop-shop for self-builders looking to design a new home, obtain planning permission and building regulation approval.

Once the necessary permissions have been secured we design manufacture and construct a high performance timber frame or SIP structure and our unique package of products and services will help you construct and complete your new home. Why not start your self build journey with a visit to our show centre in St Neots where you can meet our team and we have five self build show homes for you to browse.
