This clinic is designed for individuals to book a private consultation. With specific advice from our planning expert or experienced self build consultant. You will have the chance to discuss your self build plot, looking at design and planning options. A great opportunity to kick-start your self build.

About the Clinic

Each private clinic is a 40 minute appointment
When booking the clinic we will need to confirm your site location, so that our planning expert can appraise your plot and prepare in advance
We also require you to complete an easy simple form, once the booking is confirmed

Design

Our self build consultant will discuss your aspirations, and ideas. Talking through each stage of the project, to understand feasibility, concept and budget. There is also an extensive ‘Ideas Book’. To help guide your design preferences and the quality of build you can expect from a Potton home.

Planning

Our planning expert will take a look at your specific plot. You’ll learn about the house styles your local authority is likely to accept and how these can work for you. They will help identify any further design restrictions and look at how to get the most from your plot. With an insight of the work involved in preparing for Building Regulations submission.

Visit the Show Homes - Be inspired by our five luxury show homes and experience the quality of a Potton timber frame build. A chance to think about added design features, understand the concept of space and how that could work for your dream home.
