For some of our customers, they have found the dream plot and have ideas about their dream home but, because of various circumstances, changes are needed when it comes to the planning process.

Potton provides a tailored service offering support throughout the planning and pre-planning stages, however the choice belongs to the client. Sometimes, pre planning support isn't needed.

This was the case for the Leeses as they set about building their dream home and came up against a rather specific set of planning requirements.

Working closely with Potton designers, the couple were able to meet planning requirements while building a home that would be a delight to live in.

The couple first discovered Potton at the NEC, during the Home Building and Renovation Show where Potton regularly has a strong presence. Here, the couple discovered what could be achieved, and they went off to do some research. It became apparent that Potton’s pricing and reputation was hard to compete with, and more than enough to convince the couple into action.

The couple were able to achieve a traditional Cotswold cottage look with all the convenience and efficiency of a bespoke Potton build. A particular emphasis was placed on energy efficiency and the use of local resources wherever possible.

What the couple were able to create, with the care and support of Potton, was a tall, gable-ended Cotswold stone home with plenty of room and a spectacular garden space.

With a clean, bright, modern interior and ample wardrobe space, this home is expertly equipped for elegant, luxurious living.

The highlight is the huge, L-shaped bespoke kitchen, breakfast table and sun lounge area which has become the beating heart of this lavish Potton build and the epicentre of busy family life for the Leese family.
