The Potton Ruskin Show House, built in 2007, is leaving the National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon in January 2026 after 18 years. For thousands of self-builders it was the place where early ideas first became real projects.
Following Potton's acquisition by Home@ix in October 2025, we are moving away from exhibition venues and investing in different channels and technologies, including digital tools, regional demonstrators and supply chain partnerships.
The Ruskin Show House at the NSBRC has now been demolished. The Ruskin design remains part of the Potton Ideas Book.
