Welcome to our latest Custom Build Update. Here’s a taste of what’s happening with Potton Custom Build.
Holywell Lane, Telford
Plots at Holywell, Telford come with Outline Planning Permission already granted for 17 new dwellings, all of which offer contemporary custom build design options. The entrance opens to paved roads and footpaths to access a layout thoughtfully developed to provide a linear, small community setting.
Plot prices have been released by selling agents, Nock Deighton (01952 292300), who will be happy to discuss the site and available concept designs. Demolition and clearing works have commenced with roads and sewers to be completed providing 17 serviced plots for Easter 2019.
Eltisley Road, Great Gransden
Our planning application for 38 custom build plots and new sales centre is nearing resolution. Those interested are reminded to Register with Huntingdonshire District Council. Keep an eye on our website for updates and do make a reservation to attend one of our regular surgery consultations where we can discuss opportunities to custom build in a fantastic location.
Wellington Marsh, Hereford
Following close consultation with Herefordshire Council, Outline Application has been submitted for ten custom build plots and five discounted sales value plots at Wellington Marsh, near Hereford. Our Design Guide enables classic Potton designs and we hope to have Outline Consent soon at which point we will be launching individual plot sales. Infrastructure works are intended to commence Easter 2019 with self builds following in the summer.
Tail Mill, Merriott Somerset
We’re delighted to announce our latest custom build scheme in the South Somerset village of Merriott, near the town of Crewkerne and seven miles west of Yeovil. Following pre-application consultation, we’re preparing our Outline Application for nine fully serviced custom build plots for submission in December.
Stonely, Kimbolton
We’re working in partnership with Godwin Developments to deliver eight Plots adjacent to Kimbolton School for homes in excess of 300m2. Pre- application consultation will commence soon to offer opportunity to build classic Potton designs.
Graven Hill, Mix and Match
Over at Graven Hill, there’s a new opportunity with option to purchase three fantastic new Potton designs. In addition to the established custom build opportunities, purchasers of special ‘mix and match’ plots can choose one of three homebuilder products each fully designed with consent ready for build on a ‘golden brick’ substructure.
Potton homes will come with flexibility of internal fit out and specification, and feature unique features popular with Potton customers.
On our next update
As local authorities address the demand for custom build, large development applications across the country are being allocated provision for serviced plots. Potton are working closely with land promoters, developers and house builders to make custom build a common feature of new housing development.
