Project manage yourself and save up to 30%.Our award-winning project management handbook provides a useful step-by-step guide. It includes templates to help you tender for materials, a 12 week build schedule illustrating which trades and materials need to be onsite at each stage of the build, as well as tips to save time and hassle along the way.
Route 2
Take away the day-to-day running of your build and employ a project manager. We have a register of approved project managers
who can direct the build for you. Their fees depend upon the size and complexity of the project but to Potton customers with little time to spare, they’re worth their weight in gold.
Route 3
Sit back, relax and employ a building firm to take care of everything.
Pick a building firm to manage the project for you and you can focus on the pleasures of choosing your kitchens, bathrooms, energy saving technologies and luxuries.
