Visit our Showcentre at St Neots

The Potton Self-Build Centre is located at St. Neots in Cambridgeshire where you can take a leisurely look at three of the finest show homes in the country, built in contrasting styles to demonstrate the flexibility of the Potton home. Visitors to the Self-Build Centre will be able to wander around three show homes - the Caxton and Gransden from our Tudor style Heritage range and the Milchester from our Queen Anne style Rectory range.

	The 2,360 sq. ft Gransden is a practical and spacious four bedroomed cottage with a flexibility that allows for a variety of layout possibilities.
	The Milchester (3,000 sq. ft) combines formal elegance with modern style and space. Each room has its own impressive character.
	The Caxton (1,740 sq. ft) with inglenook fireplace, sloping ceilings and exposed posts and beams.

There is no time limit to your visit, but we do ask you to book beforehand. This is simply to ensure that there are always sufficient staff on hand to assist you. Call us on 01767 676400 to arrange your visit.

Visit the Ruskin Show House

From the Renaissance collection, 2,300 square feet of open plan modern living, yet with an external appearance inspired by Arts and Crafts, the Ruskin can be found at The National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon.
