Terence Ball Managing Director has been involved from the beginning and today is still very actively involved in day to day management of the Company. The five Directors have over 120 years experience between them within the industry. The third generation is on the board of Directors and the hands on approach adopted by the family ensure all customers receive professionalism, quality and complete customer satisfaction. The William Ball name is synonymous with quality. For more than 40 years William Ball has built a reputation for manufacturing quality fitted furniture.

The quality of William Ball furniture is considered by many to be amongst the best in the industry. The FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) Gold Award has been obtained for the excellence of William Ball’s products. Achieving this prestigious award shows that a product or range of furniture has been evaluated for fitness for purpose, quality and workmanship.

The former Chief Executive of the KBSA (Kitchen, Bedroom Specialist Association) has William Ball fitted furniture in his own home. A great testament to the quality and service that is offered.

Working components such as hinges and drawer runners have been tested vigorously in accordance with quality standards laid down by British Standards.

William Ball are members of industry association FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) ASFI (Association of Suppliers to Furniture Industry) KBSA (Kitchen, Bedroom Specialists Association) also ISO9001 credited.
