Yes. A properly planned and executed self build project should show a saving of 10-25% over the purchase of a similar ready built property. This usually means that you end up with a larger, better specified home for your money.
Using our detailed build programme, you can expect to complete the construction element of your project in 15 to 20 weeks. Prior to this, you will need to obtain planning permission and building regulations approval which should normally take around 16 weeks.

Will you supply a timber frame to customers

Generally, no.
We have successfully exported our products to Ireland, Europe and Japan.

We are a timber frame package company primarily serving individual self builders in the supply and erection of timber frame homes. We also work with builders and developers, and in the commercial sector. We manufacture all our timber frame products at our factory in Cambridgeshire.
