The Intelligent Home
Self –builders tend to be very discerning purchasers, and many are very interested and up to date with current technologies. We therefore felt that we would attempt to incorporate not only the must have items, but a few of the “wouldn’t it be nice additions” into our new show home . With product development and technology in smart home living moving at such a pace, we were delighted to find an experienced company based almost on our own doorstep.
Thinking Bricks, are not as the name would suggest brick suppliers or bricklayers but a company formed from the expertise of their two Directors Ian Trudgeon and Matt Dodd. They specialise in helping you make your home more intelligent.
The elements that form this service will make your home more intuitive and entertaining thereby helping you live your life with the assistance and support of technology that you can not only use with confidence, but cause you to wonder how you ever managed to live without it!
We have a number of surprises in store for future visitors to our new show home all supported by the knowledge and support of Thinking Bricks.
Here are just a few to whet your appetite !
- Energy efficient whole house lighting systems creating reduced running costs
- Dimmable, controllable lighting to reflect your every mood…all from one touch
- Lighting that will dim as your children sleep and activate when they awake
- Lighting that will form an integral part of your security and vigilance system
- A huge flat screen TV that will form part of the cinema room, ideal for film watching and game playing
- Built In wall speakers that can easily be mistaken for the wall itself, or even disguised as paintings
