Planning Service

We are able to provide a cost effective, trouble free submission service. Our panel of specialists have many years of experience with Potton designs and because they are regional, they have a good understanding of local planning constraints and attitudes.

Options

1. Full Planning and Building Regulations

This service is for clients who would like us to handle the whole process. We work with one of our panel to prepare the drawings and planning pack, lodge the planning application and deal with queries. Following written approval and your order, we proceed with the submission for Building Regulation approval. Once that is confirmed, you are ready to start work on site.

2. Documentation Only

For clients who wish to make their own planning and building regulation applications, we are able to provide plans and elevations of your finalised design, followed at order stage by a full set of building regulation documentation, including thermal, structural and SAP calculations.
