Building upon the attractive, tried and tested designs within our portfolio we work together with smaller developers to secure planning permission, as well as the supply and erection of the Kingspan Potton fimber frame, enabling you to provide the onward trades to completion.

Smaller developers who have traditionally used other forms of construction will benefit greatly by harnessing our experience to ensure a smooth and cost effective build.

Changes to Building Regulations in October 2010, with regards to energy efficiency, are easily achieved using the Potton timber frame package.

If you have a project where planning permission has already been achieved, we can engineer a timber frame solution which will not require you to go back in for planning.
