Nigel and Jenny owned a property with enough land for them to be able to build a small, one bedroomed bunlaow/granny annexe. Potton worked with them to create a bespoke design, incoporating contemporary feature glazing and timber cladding: the finsihed result feels modern, light and airy. The project took 8 months to complete and will always remain part of the main residence.
