UKTFA Q Mark Plus

The United Kingdom Timber Frame Association (UKTFA) introduced the Q-Mark scheme in order to ensure its members provide the highest standard of product quality both in the factory and on site.

The Q Mark PLUS level is the highest standard and Potton were one of the firs manufacturer in the UK to achieve this level of the award. Our certification covers both design and manufacture, and is independently audited.

ISO 9001:2000

We regard third party certification as very important, and Potton has a long standing commitment to achieving the highest British Standards. In 2003 we achieved the latest standard for manufacturing. Our external accreditation is conducted by BM TRADA.

Investor in Excellence

Underpinning everything we do is a strong commitment to both excellence and continuous improvement, and Potton has been using the Business Excellence Model as the framework to help us achieve this.

Our commitment and progress has now been externally reviewed and we were awarded the prestigious “Investors in Excellence “ award in November 2005.
