- Launch of the Heritage range of Tudor styled self build homes

- Potton build a Heritage show house at the Ideal Home Exhibition

- Launch of the prestigious Queen Anne Rectory range of self build homes
- 1992
- Potton open the UK's first Self-Build Show Centre with 3 fully furnished homes
- 2001
- £1 million invested in a new saw mill at Great Gransden
- 2003
- Launch of the Heritage Barn range

- Potton acquired by construction industry giants Kingspan Group Plc
- 2007
- Launch of Lighthouse, the UK's first ever net zero carbon home.
- Potton build the Renaissance show house at the UK's only permanent National Self Build and Renovation Centre, Swindon.

- Potton join forces with Tommy Walsh to launch Tommy's house by Potton
